Therefore, we have implemented a no refund policy for our body shapers.  We will not issue refunds for any reason unless the product has not been tampered with at all due to the nature of the product.  This means that the product must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.  If the product has been opened, used, or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for a refund.

We understant that every customer's needs are different and we encourage you to carefully review the product description and size chart before making a purchase.  If you have any questions about the product, please do not hesitate o contact us.  Our customer service team is here to help you make an informed decision about your purchase.

Please note that all orders require 3-5 days processing time before they are shipped out.  this is to ensure that all orders are properly processed, you will receive a postal number that will allow you to track your shipment.

Please be aware that the shipping date begins on the date that the order is processed and not on the date that the order is placed.  Once your order has been shipped, it may take an additional 2 to 3 days for delivery, depending on your location.

Please note that we don not ship on weekends or holidays.  Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.
